Problem

Problem

Xoxoday, a leading employee and customer engagement platform, was at an inflection point. Having evolved significantly over a decade, they wanted to make their brand journey visible and meaningful, both to the people who had been part of it from the beginning and to those just joining the company. The challenge was to communicate how far they had come, what they stood for, and where they were headed in a way that felt authentic and alive.

Soluiton

Solution

We began by sitting with the founders and the core team, listening closely, asking questions, and sketching out their thoughts as they spoke. From those conversations, we mapped the company’s ten-year journey and shaped it into a visual narrative. That story was hand-painted across the walls of their office so anyone walking through the door could immediately understand the road Xoxoday had travelled. We also designed expressive murals for other spaces across the office, including the canteen, and created a Sales Playbook to help the sales team walk clients through their story with clarity and confidence.

We converted the journey into a digital asset adapted into a backdrop at their ten-year anniversary celebration, then printed it into an accordion booklet that reached employees, customers, and partners with Diwali gift hampers.

Impact

Impact

The office walls became more than decoration; they became a living orientation for every employee, new and old. The journey mural gave the team a shared sense of pride and context, while the murals across the office made the space feel distinctly Xoxoday. Three years later, Xoxoday came back to add the next chapter to their wall — a testament to how deeply the work had resonated with their people and culture.
