Problem

Problem

Xoxoday regularly participates in HR conferences and exhibitions, but found themselves blending into a sea of booths that looked and felt the same, almost like a PPT slide, easy to walk past. They needed a booth experience that would stop people in their tracks from a distance, communicate what Xoxoday does instantly, and create a reason for attendees to engage.

Soluiton

Solution

We designed a visually-led booth that replaced walls of text with bold, expressive metaphors, each one mapping a Xoxoday service in a way that anyone could understand at a glance. The result was a clean, striking booth with memorable visuals that made their offering immediately legible, even from across the hall. It brought a fresh, energetic feel to an exhibition floor dominated by text-heavy displays and looping TV presentations.

To draw people in further, we stationed a live portrait artist within the booth, sketching attendees on the spot and giving every visitor a personal, unexpected reason to stop, stay, and connect with the Xoxoday team. For a separate conference, we took the personalization a step further by pre-drawing portraits of the event’s speakers onto coffee mugs, creating thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts that attendees and speakers would hold onto long after the event ended.

Impact

Impact

The booth stood out as something genuinely new on the conference floor, a visual experience rather than an information display. It attracted consistent footfall, sparked conversations, and made Xoxoday’s brand feel approachable, creative, and distinct. The live portrait artist became a crowd magnet, turning casual passersby into engaged visitors. The custom speaker mugs left a lasting personal impression, becoming keepsakes that carried the Xoxoday name well beyond the event itself.
