Xoxoday, an employee rewards and recognition platform had just completed 10 years when I met one of the co-founders. He wanted to do something to depict the journey the company had made over these 10 years, before reaching where it did.
He understood the value of Visual Story telling and I brought in my sketch-noting skills. These combined, we set off to visualise the brand story. We did not just doodle the brands journey, but we re-did the sales training materials, pitch decks and event booth backdrops into the visual language that made everything simple and interesting.
The 10-year journey was doodled in a way that it not just made it's way to the office walls, but also to a coffee table book, event banners and other visual assets. It became the fun and engaging read that almost all employees voluntarily did, resulting in a better knowledge their work place, their founders and leaders and the company that they are helping build.
We then went on to make wall murals for Sales team room, Company values and the canteen/food journey of Xoxoday.
