Problem
Problem
When clients design events and define expected outcomes, they want attendees to go back with more than a few business cards and quotes for LinkedIn. They want people to leave feeling that the event was organised differently, with value and insights that stay with them after the event is over.

Solution
We create live notes directly in front of the audience as individual talks unfold. These notes combine key takeaways and visuals. When shared on the big screen, people put their phones aside and engage with the conversation as they see the ideas being drawn. Because the work happens with almost no lag, what people hear and see stays in sync, helping them follow the conversation. People remember the discussions, look forward to receiving the sketchnote, and often photograph it at the end of the session as a reference.

People loved the break from text-heavy slides. The sketchnotes gave attendees relief from worrying about capturing every takeaway, allowing them to focus on the session itself. Clients regularly heard attendees asking how and where they could access the notes after the conference. Visual note-taking gave people a tangible view of the ideas they were listening to and making sense of.
Clients we’ve done live sketchnotes for include LinkedIn, SHRM, NASSCOM, IBM, Roche, Infosys, Cadence, Razorpay, WasdwaniAI India, ET, People Matters, UB, NSDC, and Synchrony.
