Problem

Problem

Indeed wanted to stand out at HR conferences with a booth activation that would do more than attract footfall. They wanted something deeply personal that would make every attendee feel genuinely seen and create a memory that lasted well beyond the event floor.

Soluiton

Solution

After exploring several ideas with the Indeed team, one concept rose clearly to the top: the Doodle Resume. An artist spent five to ten minutes in conversation with each visitor, listening to their career story and bringing it to life as a hand-drawn visual resume. Each sheet captured the person’s portrait, career history, academic background, and key achievements in a warm, expressive blend of image and text. It was personal, fun, and unlike anything else at the conference — a single page that told someone’s professional story in a way no traditional resume could.

Impact

Impact

The response was immediate and overwhelming. Attendees lit up when they saw their careers reimagined on paper, walking away with wide smiles and something they had not expected. The activation created a natural buzz on the conference floor and drew consistent crowds to the Indeed booth. When attendees began posting their visual resumes on social media, the idea sparked widespread engagement and conversation around moving beyond the traditional text resume. It became a moment people talked about, shared, and remembered.
